Packaging Customization Process

01. Profession advice of customer needing

The salesman communicates with the customer to understand the basic information of the customer's packaging, general product requirements, order quantity, preliminary budget, delivery time and other information. After the preliminary customization intention is reached, the design draft sent by the customer is sent to the design department for analysis. To ensure that customers' final printed matter can match the color of the drawing to more than 98%, we focus on the production of packaging bags and automatic packaging film.

02. Confirm artwork and specification

When we received the design blueprint, we will check whether the content in the design draft and order description, including product specification, material, thickness, bag type, etc. After confirm the design, the professional technician will pattern the color separation, for repairing some unclear color, to communicate with clients clearly each color to complete the process.

03. Workshop production

In order to better guarantee product quality, we implement total quality management in the production process, the implementation of the key quality control points of each process by raw material inspect, printing, printing quality inspect, compound, curing, semi-finished product inspect, cutting, bag making. 04. Guarantee quality

After bag making, there will be a quality inspector to test the plastic bag sampling, the main items include specifications, size, appearance, overprint error, color difference, peel strength, heat sealing strength, etc. The qualified packaging bags will be packed and put into the warehouse for unified management, so as to facilitate later shipment.

05. Making a delivery

We will first communicate with the customer about the final delivery quantity before the products are shipped out of the warehouse, inform the customer to arrange the inspection, then according to the transportation terms required by the customer to charter a ship, arrange loading, and assist customs clearance, to provide the most suitable, comprehensive and most worry free transportation plan for the customer.
